Hello from the Del Rio, south west Texas! pop 60,000. Home of Laughlin Air Force Base, Amistad Lake and sister city to Acuna, Mexico. I recently purchased my second Harley Davidson, a 2005 road king classic and I am hoping to gain some knowledge on what others are doing to customize their sleds. My first mod will be to replace the front wheel to a 21" billet daddy wheel. My concern is tire height. what tire would you recommend I use on this application to prevent rubbing? I appreciate any advise. Thanks

Welcome to HDForums!!!

I'm running a Metzler 120/70-21 on my '08 Roadglide. Most will recommend that you elongate the rear holes of the fender to allow you to tilt the fender slightly. This helps to prevent rubbing when the tire grows under heat and rotation.
