If your problem persists, next time you have your seat off, fire up your ride and I'll bet your battery is doing the cha-cha inside the holder. To remedy the same problem you have (had?) I pulled the battery and lined the bottom of the holder with thin rubber strips (carefullytoavoid blocking the drain holes) and then used a small square of the same material to replace the original on the underside of the battery hold-down tab. The original could easily disappear as it is barely glued to the tab could easily go un-noticed if it fell off. Worked for me, I have added Tender pigtail as well as pigtail for heated vest (yah I'm Canadian) and no more problems with loose 10mm.

HD and gerbings make a square to coax (round) adapter, you can lose one pigtail with this plug the square end in to the tender outlet and come out coax to accept the heat and unplug it to tend the batt.... It would be nice if the tenders came with a male coax connector...[/align]
