Matazu makes knock offs that look like stock ones for about $385, depending on style. Lots more room & looks better, just an in between option.

I have a sissy bar on my glide and im going with a t bag carrier. I love the idea I can unhook it and take it in where I go like a back pack it also comes with rain cover.

I had the one mentioned by the OP. It worked fine, held quite a bit, was kinda unattractive. Last year I bought the Mutazu King Tour Pack knock off. Spent the $385.00 as noted above. I replaced the hinges and latches with HD parts including having it keyed to my bike. It looks identical to the HD product. It's perhaps a little more flimsy, but is robust enough to last a long time. Here are a few photos of mine. The outdoor photos are before I put on the HD hinges and latches. The bottom two show the new hinges and latches. Sorry for the poor quality of those two.

The Mutazu knock-off tour pack isn't perfect. It has it's drawbacks, but they aren't necessarily deal breakers. Here is a link to a page on my website. It displays the good, the bad, and the ugly that I experienced with mine.

Last, I replaced all the incandescent bulbs that came with it with LEDs. The lamps are wired together but terminate with loose ends. You are required to wire 'em up the way you want. I chose to use a circuit and some relays and made mine tail/brake/turn signals. Ran the wires out the bottom and used a 6 pin trailer plug/socket and tapped into the existing wiring for the lights. Works fine!

I'm satisfied with it. I'd buy it again if I needed to. YMMV, BWTFDIK.

When you say we are you meaning you and your wife? If she rides with a TP on once she gonna want it all the time. I sucked it up and got a new style TP. It's bigger, looks better, sits farther back, and is more comfortable for the wife. Well worth the money to me. For the most part its only on the bike when my OL is.

Looks like the ones that Mutazu sells.

I have one on my 12 Street Glide and love it. The size is just right for that stripped down bagger look.

It is about 30% smaller than a full sized Harley Tour Pak.

Quality is much less than HD, but it also weighs less than 1/2 as much.

I put it on when G/F rides along. She likes the extra storage, and it doubles as a sissy bar back rest.

Like that it comes with all the extras that HD charges for. It has internal cable supports to keep the lid from flopping, a nice back rest, a rubber floor pad, and a lock with 2 keys.

Hard to go wrong here.

Mutazu sells them for about $110 plus shipping, so this is a killer deal. Mutazu has lots of other colors however, so if you want to paint yours, it would be better to get form Mutazu.

Mine has held up well for 3 years. Like how it looks and functions.

Look up Razor tour pack on ebay. I was looking for one for the wifes trike I am building. Looks like HD's chopped pack, and goes for $179, looks pretty good imo.

Couple older photos of my Mutazu one mounted. I have since added a cheap ebay rack. It is holding up just fine. Only problem is folks want me haul their stuff...

I had one for a while on one of my old bikes and it held up fine. After a while the holes I drilled at the bottom where I bolted it down started to crack due to flexing. I'll chalk it up to not using a metal plate of some sort but I later fixed and it continued to hold up for a while. It does rattle, is cheaply made, but if you are only using for an occasional trip....why not.

However, when I got my road glide, I wasn't putting that thing on my ride, I guess I'm little vain, but I went with with the OEM HD tour pak, but in my defense, I had like $600.00 in HD bucks that wents toward the whole order.
It still cost like another $600.00

Photo of mine with the smaller Mutazu tour pack taken a few years back. Nothing really wrong with the style...just different than the King.

I bought one like what you are looking at, I was afraid that it would not hold up to the vibrations of my bike. Surprisingly it did ok. I don't think it looked too bad and the extra room was welcome. BUT, it is cheaply made and eventually it will fail. The rear lock is cheap and if someone wanted to get into it I don't think it would take much to jimmy the lock. My bike is a police bike so it had to clear the saddle bags.

I ended up getting a H/D Tour Pack-I came across one for $100 that was damaged, included mount brackets. Paid a co-worker $300 to repair and paint. I like it much better because of the better quality and much more room.

Overall, for $60 you can't loose, mine served its purpose. I just wanted more and something better.
