Hey guys long time lurker. Great advice. I have a 2015 street glide, and am looking for a tour pack to go on the quick release docking station. We only plan to use it two to three times a year so I am reluctant to through big money on it, so I found these on ebay. They look cheap, but for the amount of time we will use it I was wondering if it will fit the bill.
I was hoping someone here has used it. for $61.00 it might be worth a shot. I can pick up the mount for around $115, so it might be a cheap route for me.
I've had one for 6-7 years and it works just fine. Does rattle a little when riding solo. Mine is worn pretty well.
It's been to 5 Daytonas, 2 Sturgis, 6 MBBW, and countless Deals Gap trips.
It is cheaply made but has not broken or cracked and holds plenty.
No points for style though.... it's pretty ugly next to an OEM tourpak but it gets the job done.

"it's pretty ugly next to an OEM tourpak" ... Yep, a buddy has one and it does the job but looks real tacky!
Thanks for the replys. Larry that tour pack is awesome, but I don't want to spend $1,200 for something I might use a couple of times a year. I will try my luck and worst case I am out $61 and my friends make fun of me. haha
I also have one I bolt on a few times a year when traveling. Works fine. I kinda like my bike to not be pretty. Just walk on by folks, nothing to see/steal here...
it does look fugly but sure beats the 1200 dollar one uncle larry shared. i think i'd pass too. oh, wait, i already have one that came with the bike. still, 60 bucks aint bad and i could take a whole lot of fugly for that.
Make sure the saddle bag lids will not hit the trout pak when opening. The HD tourpak was redesigned when the saddle bag lids changed for that purpose.
