My pal (who doesn't know how to use the "innerwebs") has a 2009 RKC with Rinehart slip ons. He wants to go with a 2-1 set up and was looking at a Freedom Performance system. He asked me about it and I never heard of them. Any thoughts on that company?
Is there a 2-1 header system he could use one of his Rinehart slip ons with or is he best just to sell those and start new?
Look at the Dragos Dragula great price, customer service and warranty is the best.
Don't know anything personally about the freedom performance , haven't heard anything bad about them.
Jamie at Fuel Moto did some testing on 2 into 1 headers, and seem to like D&D 2 into 1.
Have your buddy sell his Mufflers, almost all 2-1 come with a Muffler mated to the header.
If he likes the Rinehart 2-1, he could use the left side muffler as a ghost pipe. I've thought of doing this myself. From the rear it should match pretty well and give the appearance of a dual exhaust if you like that look.

I have a Supertrapp Supermeg and happy with that! All the 2-into-1s I know have a larger end pipe than a normal muffler, which is why your buddy cannot use on of his. As already mentioned if you but a 2-1 it will come as a complete system.
