Default TBW Plug

I have twin peaks bars and have the tbw plug also.

Do I need to glue this plug into the bars or just put my throttle grip over it and be all set?

If you are referring to the Twist Grip Sensor http://www.harley-davidson.com/store/twist-grip-sensor you do not glue it in the bars

My bike does not have TBW! But my la chopper bars are set up to accept the TBW, so they have a plug to fill the gap where it suppose to go for those bikes that have traditional cable throttle.

So do I glue the plug in place or just put it in and let the grip go over it.

http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/d...tbw-handlebars this is what I have.

Just put it in and out your grip over it. Don't really need it to be honest.

I read you do actually need it, so you have proper grip spacing. If not, the throttle goes on too far over the handle and it spaces all the controls off.

Ok well use it then. I've installed quite a few without them and have had no alignment problem.

No need to glue

Just slip the grip over

You really don't need the plug with the twin peaks as they are designed to work with tbw or without.
