FLHX Fork Springs on FLHTC??
I have a good friend who just pulled his Fork Springs out of his 2010 FLHX and is willing to give me them for free. Since I already have FLHX rear shocks on my FLHTC I thought this would complete the package for a lowered stance.
My question is:
Will his 2010 Fork Springs fit in my 2008 Electra Glide Classic Forks? I haven't read about any changes to forks since 2006 with dampening valves being introduced I believe?
I've never changed fork springs so if there is anything that I would be missing then please let me know.
Thanks & God Bless

easy way to spot a stock front end...the bottoms of the cowbells will be about even with the top of the fender. 1949 to 2013
here's lowered 2011 left and stock 2009 right:

I had never noticed the front ride height of the two side by side before. I think my next step is a Harley "Low" Seat. I may go back to a Sundowner again since I liked it on my last bike. I just hate the feeling of being on my toes at a stop light and also feeling like I am sitting on top of the gas tank with my stock seat. Although, the stock seat is extremely comfortable, even with my bad lower back.
