Hey guys, This may sound like a dumb question but.........
I bought my first Harley last September. An '05 E-Glide with 3K miles. I can't remember if the guy told me he had put a stage 1 on or not. How can I check to see if it has it?
Stage one is basically a change from the stock filter set up to either a Screamin Eagle set up or an aftermarket high flow air filter and then the HD reflash of the ECM. The filter change includes a new backplate for the filter. This change is easy to see. The flash can only be seen by hooking up the computer at a dealer. If just the filter upgrade is done the bike will run lean. The HD flash richens it up to cure that condition.
