I recently purchased biketronics speaker set up, to include lowers. I have a Road Glide Custom so... I do not have lower fairings. Does anyone have any experience with this. I don't want to pay the $500 Harley is asking. I'm also leery of ebay quality. I've been keeping on eye on the forum but none have really come up. I'll need tp have them painted anyway to match my big blue pearl.
unless you are a painter, or know a painter, having a set of cheap ebay lowers color matched to the big blue pearl is going to end up costing you as much, or more than the genuine article.
for the color matched lowers, you're looking for part number 58854-12DJO (assuming you have a 2013 or older) msrp, $674.95. look for them from a 20% off dealer and you should be $550 or less.
or you can pay $100 for the cheap ebay ones, plus $50 for the hardware that you're gonna have to replace, and then $300+ to have them painted.
