Cable Question for 06 FLHT and Yaffee Bars

Default Cable Question for 06 FLHT and Yaffee Bars
Need some assistance. I'm putting together a parts and price list for a buddy who has an 06 Electra Glide Standard for 12" Yaffee Monkey Bars. He does not have ABS. I'm not sure what length brake lines would be needed and also does the throttle and idle-cruise cable need to be replaced? I have TBW and ABS on my 09 Ultra so can't use the list when I did mine. Thanks.

I used +6 on brake, clutch, throttle and idle cables. They were the perfect length and everything was routed in stock locations.
