Doesn't sound like it's necessarily related to the bar swap. I've had the TBW disconnected and the bike would start fine- just no throttle response. You didnt do anything fuel related? Do you hear any bubbling/gurgling sounds in the fuel tank after you crank the starter?
Also you might consider clearing the codes then seeing which ones, if any, reappear when trying to start it again. Some could be legacy codes from before or during the swap.

Not that i can recall, i didnt hear any bubbling in the fuel tank. I didnt do anything fuel related, just the handle bars.
I was able to get the codes, but i wasnt sure on how to actually CLEAR the codes, that was my next attempt, Clear and see what comes back up.
Any pointers you can give on helping me clear them??

Just press and hold the button in when it displays until it clears. Do that for each one.
