I did a search but didn't find what I needed. I just picked up a 09 RKC and I would like to relocate the license under the tail light. Has anyone developed a bracket that doesn't require drilling?

how did you cover the bolt holes of the stock location?
Two words: Belt Buckle. I just took a grinder and ground the parts off the back and used 3M double stick tape to adhere. The great thing about that buckle (other than I liked it a lot) is that the curve of the buckle was perfect for the fender.

Sad thing is they dont make that buckle any more.
I would have gone with the plastic hole plugs but that buckle looks way cooler!
