Use your lift to raise the bike. Use the air shocks to raise and lower the swing arm to clear other obstacles, such as saddle bag mounts. No need to remove the lower shock bolts!
This is what I did and was able to get the job done by myself. My first time took about 30 min.
Remove lower right shock bolt, loosen top and rotate shock all the way to the rear and tighten top bolt. Makes removing the caliper a lot easier with shock out of the way..
I loaded onto a table, put the jack under the bike and jacked it up.
Saddlebags both off.
Just the primary side muffler off.
Removed the c clip and axle bolt.
Removed axle and wheel
I was able to remove and re-install the tire easily with the rear caliber and shocks still on.
