I have an 8" windshield on my ultra. Now that I live in Phoenix. I would like something that gets a little more wind to me. Any suggestions. Thanks, vinnie
I'm looking for a shorter one myself as well. If you go to the dealer they have demos that you can try before you buy - like they do with the seats. Might be worth it to see what height works best. I'm leaning towards this one myself: http://www.harley-davidson.com/store...ter-windshield

I happen to have 2 of these, 1 for you and Vinnie. $ 80 ea. to your door.
7" dark tint.
I know what you mean as it gets much hotter. A shield like the Windsplitter, Klock or our X-Stream/Stealth/Windblade shields are a good option for you. Because of the bends/hips in the side of the shield that add the downward force, they also allow wind to flow around the sides of the shield giving you more airflow. Might be something to consider sticking with your proper height in one of these shield types.

+1...even if you don't buy theirs, it should give you a better sense of what size might work best for you.
