I've been shopping for a 14 and found one Sat. I will be flying out to pick it up Thursday. The one I found has just under 1,000 miles on it V&H Twin Slash mufflers and the owner had the 1,000 mile service done. My ride home is 1100 miles so I was glad he did that. I'm giving $21,500. Prices are all over the place from $29,000 to $20,000. I found a new one at the Gillette WY HD and out the door price was $25,500.
You can usually tell by talking to the owners if it's sketchy or not. This seller is retired Military with 2 kids getting ready to go to college.
I usually get the VIN and call the selling dealer to make sure recalls are complete and check service records if they have any.
Your $21,500 is a-hell of a good price. I've been shopping all over the country and only found one bike will a lower price than that but it had 22,000 miles on it. And buying from a private owner, at least here in AZ, you don't pay sales taxes on a private sale. Our sales tax here is 8.35 DAMN!
I think I'm going to start out asking 25 for mine. It has the boom audio upgrade and xm added on , rush HO header with big Louie's, a PV2 , front forks switch over to black, and a bunch of the chrome has been switched out to the HD black replacements

Based on my search for the last month or so 24-25k seems to be a good asking price with low miles. Also, there are not many 2014 Limiteds out there for sale.
I don't want to bother him at work so I will wait until early evening to call him. Problem is, severe storm threat this evening may not allow a meet up until tomorrow or later. You cool with that?

I had already committed when a guy in Corvallis, Oregon returned my call. He has a 2014 Mysterious red / Cayenne sunglow with 6,000 miles. Listed for $21000 OBO. The add is still up and sounded like a good guy.

Hey Danny,
Lee sounds like just a 'good old boy" and he has a manager that runs the day-to-day business for him. I would think you can get a hold of him anytime.
