Default Which Part?

Hello all! This is not an official survey. I ask this question just for my own reference in the future.

Ok! Here is the question.
If you were to change just one part on your bike, what would it be?
My answer is the handlebar. In my opinion, the handlebar is the most crucial part because it helps so much relief for long distance riding.

The seat. You can always switch hands (while riding) but you can't switch your seat.

for an evo or TC up to 2006 a ez boy lite clutch kit ( $30)...or a hayden m6 primary tensioner

Add Gear Drive Kit. I can live with the seat, its not bad on me. At least, not for the distance I have been able to do so far this year.

Only ONE part?! Impossible to answer, the list of changes is already pages long......

Most transformational change to date? Probably my Ohlins rear shocks.

Depending on which bars you switch to, a handlebar swap is not a one part change. You may need wiring extensions, clutch cable, and brake lines. Maybe mirrors too if you have fairing mounted ones.
