I am looking at getting some Mini apes for my bike and I am just trying to figure total cost. Looking at the Chubby One 12.5 inch bars and wondering if I have to extend any of the cables. If so, then would I have to extend them if I got the 10 inch bars. Thanks.

You can call or email Wild1 and ask. When I researched replacing the stock with WO575, they recommended replacing all of the cables with +4. Pretty sure you will need to replace all of your cables with the mini-apes - but I could be wrong. They will give you their recommended lengths.
Fleagt...I put WO578 (10") on my '07 SE Ultra this winter and had to buy extended clutch and front brake lines as well as throttle and idle cables. I believe I went with 3" on all, but could/should have gone +4".
I put WO577's (12.5") on my '06 Street Glide a few years ago and went +4" on all.
I highly recommend Magnum Shielding products. Their customer service can help with any length questions, as well.
From a purely pricing standpoint I just purchased some similarly priced bars and all the pieces need to replace bars on my 07 FLHX through JP Cycle and with my gold membership it ran me $630 total.
That included the NAMS wiring harness, stiffer poly bushing, bars, break line assembly, idle/throttle cable and clutch cable. Cables I chose are all braided polished stainless for that smooth look. That would be everything you want to do from start to finish.
