Love my RKC.....Best bike for me
Went on the first spring ride with the wife yesterday and she commented on how smooth it handled the bumps.....could have rode much longer if only we had the time
ON my 2nd one and love it. 12000 touring miles on the 2013. 25000 touring miles on the 1999. they look identical because i like that look. added the tour pack, heritage style bars, ladies foot pegs and crash bar bags for storing electronics and charging them while heading down the road. No clutter, radio, etc. when riding except our helmet intercom so me and the ol lady can bull shoot going down the road. She specifically picked out the 2nd bike because she loved the first one so much! Lucky guy. we are heading out to tour the southeast states at the end of May. 2000 more miles on the RKC!!
The top 2 pics are of the 2013, the one in front of Jerry Jones world is the 1999...you might see the similarities. yes, my face hurts from grinning and people always comment on the the bike looks old school and modern at the same time...
The '09 Ultra came into my life. Both bikes so great to me. Still miss my RKC once a while. Wish I had the extra money so I can keep the RKC for solo rides.
Loving my RK 15. Get some highway ADJUSTABLE pegs ASAP for maximum comfort. Then I recommend allowing it to breathe in and out easier (AC, 2 into 1, chip, tune)
