I just put a set of Commander IIs on my 05 CVO FL.I also changed out front bearings. Anyways when going 80 and above I feel a wobble in bike. I checked to make sure everything was tight that I did.I am using Dynabeads and have for years without any problems. The tires feel great otherwise, its just at the higher speeds.
A riding buddy of mine had that problem , and it was found out to be it needed more air pressure in the rear, 42 pounds of air fixed it, along with 40 in the front.
Are you comfortable the alignment is correct?? Front to rear?? Were the new bearings fully seated and spacer aligned correctly?? Just more items I could think of.

I'm guessing that the wobble wasn't there before the work?
'Have the same bike, same tires (8k on tires) no experience with the beads, when changing from the Dunlops, I noticed that the CIIs when new had a quicker turn-in feel.
Could be a bad tire, you might want to look at them real good.
Those Mich cmnd 2's are great quality tires so if you find air pressure isnt the issue then id suspect issues with new head/fork bearing install and or adj post install of new bearing and or an alin issue esp when it comes to rear tire before i'd suspect a bad Mich cmndr 2 tire.
Had cmd 2 on my bike, got new ones and had vibration in front, tire guy tried everything no luck then he said I'll put another new one on and test rode problem gone. Just got a bad one. First that ever happened to me, I'm glad he was willing to try a different tire to prove it was the tire.
I have checked tire pressure 42/41.I have also spun tires on lift, seem to run true.I thought I read somewhere that using dynabeads with these tires this can happen.
