Default Adjusting (Rolling) Handlebars

I'd like to adjust or roll my handlebars forward just a little. Can I access all or at least the 2 rear handlebar clamp bolts by just removing the key switch lock and rocker switch cover panel? And if so, would loosening the rear 2 clamp bolts be enough to roll the bars? Thanks for your input.

Yep. You'd find it easier with a long shafted ball-end Allen, as well

Yep, and no looser than you must so you can feel the little "Clicks.
Be sure all is centered when done, and adjust the controls as needed.
Ride safe!

Where can I get a set that has the ball on both ends? Not just the straight end.

I have everything off and unfortunately my clamp bolts are torx. It looks like I'll be heading to the tool store. I already had the ball-end Allen wrenches and was hoping they would work. I also have right-angle torx wrenches, but don't think I can cut one down short enough that it would still have enough teeth to bite. It's always something...
