150/80 16 rubbing issue how dO I fix it

Mark where it is close, pull it off & trim the belt guard as needed. You could always play with the way the wheel is shimmed to move the whole wheel assy. over just a tad. More work, but if the guard doesn't have enough area to trim, that would work also. Or just take the guard off, you could do a search to see how many have done that.
