Has anyone used this or have any other ideas to sure the drips & splatters off tank when filling......... http://www.mccuff.com/
Reason i'm looking cuz my bike is Plast-Dip and I understand it hates gas.........
Never had a problem before in 35 years of riding but this stuff got me thinking. Don't want to tape off bike and paint tank again even though it will peal off easily
Don't know about Plati-dip but I rattle canned a crotch rochet tank with Rust-Oleum and it's ok as long as I wipe it right then and there. I try not to let it sit on the paint for much more than a minute or two.
I've never used that before....but I will say don't get gas on Plasti Dip for even a few seconds. If that thing will keep the gas off of your dip...use it.
