Looks straight to me. Can't really get it crooked with the way it mounts, back plate and all.

Yes, that's exactly it. The "ST" stands for Street.

How about this:

The SE120ST retails for $5695.00
SE Performance Air cleaner - $159.95(AFTER I spent 299.00 on a Ventilator but you need a 58mm backing plate so you end up buying the kit... Ebay here I come)
SE Heavy duty clutch spring $34.95
Incidentals(Gaskets, oil, O-rings and all that jazz) $150.00
SE Super Race Tuner- $450.00
V & H Head pipe and Kuryakyn Crushers(I don't remember... that was 3 weeks ago!)

And of course the labor.

The 120 ST install calls for 9 hours plus 1 hour for tuning.

The only difference between the two is
120r has the SE 266 cams
120st has the SE 259 cams
Both have MVA heads and 10:5 to 1 compression.

Thanks o.p.

Like all other things in life. If you want it now it's going to cost you. If you have patience (5yrs +/-) probably be the stock motor.......what to do?

The price of admission is kinda high.. sure would be nice to find a 20% off coupon in the mail on parts. Lol! I just made myself laugh.....
