The 120 ST install calls for 9 hours plus 1 hour for tuning.
I am a fan of S&S, but I'll say this...
You have less in your 120ST than I'm going to have in my 117 build..... AND you have a spare 103 motor to sell or do,whatever you want to with - so nice job!!
And from looking at your dyno, it looks like a blast to ride!!!
I would be all over this if Harley offered a warranty on bikes other than 2015 models , seems stupid a new motor is a new motor and the year of the bike shouldn't matter , it looks great though I'm sure you will enjoy it
I am extremely happy. The bike just pulls and pulls. One of the things I love is how tame it can be. If you keep it below 2800 rpm's it is a baby. Super easy to ride and you can cruise at 40-45mph in 5th. Then, when you start to open it up the power is constant up until it gets close to 6000. I know its not the fastest but that's OK. I didn't want a radical monster. I wanted a classy touring bike with teeth.

it's really nice.
I'm no tsure how easy that clutch is to pull now, but I would suggest if that heavy pull starts to get to you, consider the FM Variable Pressure Clutch. A cinch to install and easier than stock with 40+more pounds of pressure with the stock spring. Desgined to deal with that level of power.
Wanted to revisit this post. I am in the Worcester area and have the cash to do the 120ST. How is the motor treating you? How was Sheldons service? Would they buy back your old motor? Did you get a price from American in Leominster? How long did it take to get the 120ST once you committed to the change out? Lot of questions and would like your input.
Thanks,
