I finally got my bike dynoed. I have fuelmoto 3 1/2 inch dyno tuned slipons, open air breather, decatted stock head pipe, power commander v, and andrews 57h cam. Looking for opinions, I was expecting a wider torque band and more horsepower. What can I do to improve this. Money is an issue at this time. I was getting 28/30 mpg before the tune. I got 40mpg yesterday. That is the reason I went ahead and got it dynoed. Burning a lot more gas and I knew that wasn't good for the motor. I really wanted a better exhaust, will have to wait a while now.
I have a buddy with a 2013 FLD stock except for Rush 2-1 exhaust and a high flow breather with a TTS tuner and a dyno tune that is getting about the same #s you are getting.
Something doesn't look right as it is falling on it's face at 3500RPM.
Started to point finger at your exhaust but it is decatted and some slip-ons so I wouldn't think it would sign off that early.
Peak Torque looks good but doesn't stay there long at all.
Your mileage was horrible before and just OK now... Could you have one of the cams a tooth off?

I just did a compression test on each cylinder. front and rear cylinder both tested the same 160 with the ACR plugged in and 220 with it unplugged. If the cam was off one tooth the compression would be off wouldn't it? The dyno man said he has never seen a torque that high with the hp so low. I have emailed andrews to see if they might have a solution. Could the exhaust cause such a short torque line and low horse power, Fuelmoto jackpot 3.5" slipons and stock decatted head pipe?
