Missing spacer?

Missing spacer?

Changing out the rear tire and now I'm unable to tighten the rear axle but without the adjusters turning. Seems like I have slop in the wheel?
Is there a spacer in front of the drive pully? Seems like there should be and mine is missing... Maybe rolled underneath something.

IDK about the '13, but every other bike I've had, or worked on has had a spacer on the drive side. Might I suggest that before you do anything else on your bike that you invest in a proper manual? Very good thing to have, but only if you actually use it. Good luck.BTW, I used to work at a bike shop until '08, so that's why IDK about the '13.
