tranny clunks on shift change
I am having this issue ever since i changed the primary oil.Double check the level,looks ok.Clutch engages good .Check tranny that i didnt touch added a bit in there but still getting clunks on shift change specialy on down shift.Any clue?

Sounds right. Which oil was in there, and what did you put in?

Don't know what sync2 is, do you mean syn3-Hd 20W50 synthetic? If so swap it out for HD Formula+. Redline also has a good synthetic primary oil, also, consider changing out your tranny to Redline with shock proof-good stuff.

Sorry syn3 that was.Buddy of mine told me maybe my compensator bolt is loosing off.But i am not earing grinding in the casing.

Remove the derby cover while the bike is on the jiffy stand. Look in and if the oil is just touching the bottom of the clutch hub, that's the right amount.
