New ECM and voltage regulator needed? Find a new dealer pronto. Take Caberto's advice then if no positive results Replace the IAT yourself. Save labor costs.

Another thing to check besides the TCA connector behind the air cleaner: on top of the intake is a vacuum hose fitting that is unused. There should be a rubber cap on it. If the rubber cap is missing, can cause a P0113 code. If cap is missing and you replace it, change spark plugs and reset the idle (procedure is to turn ignition on then off 4 times).
Just resolved same issue on friend's bike doing all of the above.

My 2005 FLHRSI has encountered code (po113) also. Engine light stays on then off consistently. Only 12000 Miles on this Road King and it runs great - my shop is telling me that the IAC Motor needs replacing after they diagnosed this code - not sure what their rationale is around that and reading above sounds like it could be a wiring problem to the IAT Sensor.

P0113 indicates the IAT sensor is open. Either it is bad, unplugged or there is a wiring issue. I would check and make sure it is plugged in and properly placed. If all is correct I would replace it. My 2002 Electrical Diag manual says it is under the gas tank right side. It has two wires feeding it. One is Light Grey/yellow. The other is black/white, Not sure if it is the same for your 2005 however.
