Back from the Ozark's
Had a great trip, rode 2,728 miles in one week, even rode into Oklahoma and lost some money at the Cherokee casino lol. Is beautiful country that has many great riding roads, we stayed at the Hub Biker Resort, it used to be an amusement park that was shut down, only thing open is the old motel and Scooter's Restaurant. We rode to a place called Oark, Ark, it has the oldest operating general store and restaurant open since 1890, they have great burgers and pies, we also went thru Eureka and stopped at Bubba's BBQ, excellent food there as well. Had to stop and get a Harley shirt from Pig Trail Harley Davidson and went to Pea Ridge battle field, life is different up in the Ozark's, lots of old abandoned houses and businesses. It was great seeing Highland High School, their name is the Rebel's and have a Confederate flag on their sign out front, do not see that around Northern VA anymore, we have to be politically correct in this part of the country lol. All in all it was a great trip, had a good time with all my brothers from all over the country, we had members there from both coasts, am looking forward to next years annual in Cedar Keys Florida
