At first, thought It was a run of the mill RG. Upon closer look, it's a Heritage Softtail. Didn't talk to the owner. Friend of a friend

looks well done...I hate the softail chassis but admire the effort.

Funny how I like the bikes converted to wannabe Fuglys more than I like the Fuglys themselves.

The swingarm and oil tank gives them away everytime. I give them credit for some imagination though.

Oh well. I'm a fan of the softails but don't like fairings. Does look like a nice job though.

I liked my softail...but I built it for a minimalist bike. Skinny front tire, as fat as I could fit in rear, lowest solo seat possible. No front turn signals. I miss the low seat height. Seems like when you take a bike built for one thing an try to make it something else it ends up not being very good for either.
