Like posted above, I do all three every fall. That way it's got good oil all winter and I'm ready to go come spring.

I change all three holes and the oil filter every 5K. I do use synthetics in all three holes!

I change my engine oil every 2500 miles and I change the transmission and primary every 5000 miles...That's an oil change about every 3 weeks, sometimes more often than that.

If you use full synthetic then anything under 5k mile intervals or yearly is a waste.

Chalk up another one for doing all three around 5,000 give or take a few miles.

The back of the bottles ( SE Syn) says 10,000 miles, but would never go that long for the engine..

I have both the owner's manual and HD service manual for my 2003 Ultra. It says to change all 3 every 5k miles.
