2004 road King issue/question

2004 road King issue/question
I've been working nights and when I got off yesterday morning, I went to put my bike in neutral and noticed the green "N" was flickering. It went in the nuetral gear but the light was shotty. This morning same thing but no green "N" at all and about a mile down the road my right blinker comes on but stays lit, not blinking. It finally went off about a mile down the road. But on the rest of the way it came on a few more times then would flicker when I would hit a bump. The actual blinkers work fine when I pushed the button to turn them on. Any ideas? I'm assuming a short somewhere, bad ground? Any ideas of where to start would be much appreciated

No I hadn't washed it but it sits out uncovered at work and there's a lot of dew on it when I get off. Enough I have to take 6-7 paper towels to dry the seat and all with. That maybe it
