Default Pipes

I have a stock 09 road king and I want to pull the trigger on an exhaust

I am leaning towards CFR Slip ons and would like to be talked out of them. What are the cons?

You will be stuck with a lesser brand of pipe that does not sound or look nearly as good.

I have a brand new set of Fuel Moto 4.5" Pro Touring Mufflers that are a little too loud for me. I know the CFR's are pretty loud. They are also on backorder pretty much everywhere I believe.

I don't use a pipe any more for my 420, I've got a Pax Vape. Oh, sorry, you're talking exhaust pipes. LOL

Seems like I saw in one of my mags that V & H was coming out with a pipe that was supposed to be like the CFR's?

Often imitated, never duplicated. Get the CFRs.

Default MGS Slip Ons $249

Hey check out our exhaust systems. We have slip ons available for $249 and they are in stock. I have attached a video of our slip ons vs CFRs. We also have full systems starting at $699 and stage 1 for $1089.

The cons are found on a Dyno. There not the best performing muffs out there. They lack back pressure which means they don't produce as much torque as some of the others. With that said they make other pipes sound like shat in my opinion. I have Cfrs and have been debating about trying something else recently, so far I haven't found anything else that has a sound I'm willing to except. The Cfrs have a great sound.

They do sound great but don't buy them for performance or style <-(my opinion).
They look like 80's megaphone muffs to me. Not all that sexy.

Sound though... incredible.
