Your bike only runs in closed loop in steady state once it reaches normal operating temp. And the maximum adjustments with the Harley narrow band sensors are basically +/- 0.5 to the optimum afr (around 14.7). There is no such thing as open loop tunes vs closed loop tunes, it just depends on the inputs to the ecm that tell the bike when to go into closed loop and accept input from the O2 sensors to do the needed adjustment.
