Screaming Eagle Super Tuner Pro

When does the Super Tuner Pro "Marry" to the ECM? Is there any way to tell if one has been married without marrying it to a bike?

It "marries" when you exchange information using the module. As far as telling if it has been used, you really can't until you try and use it...and then if it is new it works, but if used it won't. You really can't tell it by looking at it if that is what you are wondering. That is the reason they come in a sealed box with a warning that if the seal is opened, you can't return it.

So sounds like to find out for sure if one has been "married" I would have to marry it. I was hoping there was a way to read it with software, or by hooking it to the bike and it giving a warning or something. I know the power vision will warn you before it marries to the bike.

tuner pro software

once i go on line and enter then tuner serial#, it downloaded. I read on the forum that i will need cables and software. I am assuming the software is what i downloaded. is their more software i need to purchase?
