So far GPSVisualizer and GPSBabel haven'tconverted the db format of the data files on the Harman/Becker (automotive division of Harman/Kardon) CDs for the NAVTEQ files. It's likely more my limitation than the software - a couple of the files are ASCII text but not the database files.
I am not sure if they have updates. My discs are dated 2006 and if anyone does not want their east cost or can burn me an iso file, let me know. My disc is unreadable now and the dealer wants $175 for a new set....new cds of still 2006 data. I have been using my cell phone lately which is great, but would like to have the cd for rain and other times the phone is unsafe.
I've copied my CD's but I am also interested in finding out if I have the latest software. Last week it took me three blocks out of my way stating I had arrived at my destination. I wasn't even on the right street. Other times it has been right on the money. What do you think of yours?
