I have a set of Joe Florida LED lights I bought for my Ultra Classic a couple of years ago. But....I never installed them. They change colors and are controlled by a FOB.
I am going to put LEDs on the bike this summer but am wondering if now there is a better option. I especially like the thought of changing the colors via an iPhone app.
It's been awhile since I have been here. Any input on the latest and greatest as far as LED accent lighting??
Nope, not much has changed in accent LEDs. They still look stupid on a Harley.
Ha! part of the reason i never put them on. But recently, I have parked that black bike at night behind a couple of cages on the street and it's so dark, it's hard to see. Thought for sure it might get backed over.
Don't want to run with them, more for show and safety while parking.
Could have sworn I saw new LEDs controlled via iPhone vs. a FOB.

To each his own. Looks aside, if they make me visible to cagers at night (and they do) that's good enough for me. The trick is to install them so that the actual led's aren't seen, just the light they produce. I'm using Custom Dynamics, two years or so with nary a hitch.

Custom Dymanics make great products, and everyone will most likely agree.
However, there is nothing wrong "Joe Florida" LEDs. Lifetime warranty. If you have a problem, he will replace with no questions asked. And his prices are very inexpensive.
He just doesn't have the BiG advertisement budget like some of the other motorcycle aftermarket products.
If LEDs are your thing, and you already have them on a shelf, put them on and the hell with what everyone else thinks!

I guess its in the eyes of the beholder.I see a lot of riders looking stupid on a Harley.Joe Florida has the best prices and warranty out there.I have installed his products on several of my friends bikes and have had no problems.
