IdahoHacker, a Roadglide does surprisingly well in the twisties. I ride the mountains of NC pretty aggressively for a H-D on my '11 RGU. It may have a little better lean angle than your Super Glide. The Roadglide will put a large grin on your face.
The rear running boards are off my SG. I kept them. And man on the 368 mile ride home I missed my Hammock seat and my +2 sweeper bars. And the jack knife pegs. I'll be adding them all back soon enough. Nice weather the rest of the week here. So the truck is parked until further notice.
This also has the ipod hookup in the bag. That is awesome. I bought the Jensen head unit a few months back and quickly returned it. It sucked. Over priced ipod controller with no power.
