Cruise Control popping Accesories fuse
Anyone had this issue, when setting the cruise, the accessory fuse is popping. Waiting for Service Manual, bike is two weeks old, 950 miles, happened on the way back from Laughlin River Run. Rode it once to the strip, about cooked me!

No new accesories other than sirens on Security, security must be on a different fuse, it works ok.
I really wonder if the heat in Laughlin melted the insulation off a wire!!!

I don't have my manual handy and going bymy 06 model, not 07 but something to check. Look and see if you brake light is working correctly, both with and without the fuse popped. On 06 models the Cruise and Brake share the same fuse. There is a bundle of wire exiting the left side of the bike below/behind the side pannel going to the tour pack. If these come loose they will contact the final drive belt and short. Something to check.
