Default 2002 FLHTCUI fork / shock pressure?

New to me 2002 FLHTCUI. I don't have a service manual yet but I looked up the values for my '96 Ultra: max 35lbs shocks and 25lbs forks. Is it the same for the 2002?

Also, is the fork filler still in the left hand grip? Reason I ask is because it appears previous owner installed handgrips without a removable end.

Thanks, Joe

Should be just above right saddle bag. Inside saddle bag may have specs for them.

02 does not use air in the front forks. I believe that the rear of 35 is correct.

I looked on the frame and inside and out on the bag - no placard. I'll probably put 20lbs in them - I'll be safe at that pressure. They're reading ZERO right now.

I run 20 psi single and 35 2 up. I believe 35 is max.

The manual actually had a formula for PSI based on weight of rider, passenger and luggage. Also uses a stupid little had pump, which is actually a good idea since you are not careful with a standard compressor air you will blow the shocks out.

I think I have about 20 in mine.

I had my compressor out there today. Just a quick "blip" on the nipple and the pressure went up by 5lbs.

I decided on 24lbs mainly because that was close enough to 20lbs to try out.
