Default Can anyone identify this part

I found this piece on the garage floor and can't figure out where it can from. It's about 1/4 diameter and a little over a 1/4 long. it's tapered somewhat on the end and has a hole resest in the end, looks like a hollow tipped bullet. it's been torn off from somewhere under the bike, because you can see, opposite end of the hollow tip has been rip off, maybe from the lift. It came off of a 2014 FLTK
Thanks Jonnierock

Did you install any accessories on your bike recently?

No. I don't know when or where it came off. I just put it on the lift and then lower it, and a little later I found it on the floor. I don't even know, it might of been there before I started.

BINGO ! Uncle Larry. After my last post I went out and look everything over again and found that the rubber pads on the lift are secured with little rubber nubins that squeese though holes in the lift to hold the pads on. when I got back, I seen your response. You where dead on.
Thanks Jonnierock
