I know these threads can sound contrived.... but I have to give credit where credit is due...
I've been a customer of FuelMoto for a few years. I have a PowerVision from them, a couple of extra licenses, and always get prompt assistance with questions and MAPS.
This week, I finally stopped procrastinating and ordered their ceramic coated 2-1-2 header for my '12 FLHTK.
I ordered it on Monday, received it on Wed, and got the new MAP this morning!
Wow, I wasn't expecting that fast of a response. I was planning on the install next weekend... looks like I have another "to-do" this weekend!
PS- that ceramic coating sure is pretty! Almost seems a shame to put the heat shields on!
I too had a problem with Fuel Moto:
My Stainless Jackpot 2-1-2 header cracked and broke off where it connects to the cross-under section of the exhaust system. I had a short phone conversation with F-M customer Service, they replace the header, NO Problem! I paid the extra for the Ceramic coating, a small amount, got my new header, and installed it. Now my right leg is even cooler!
What's up with that? An American Company the believes in Customer Care and Stands By Their Product!!!!
I only wish I was financially independent, I'd be riding out there to have their 107" put into my FLTRU so fast it'd make your head spin!
Heading out in early September for the 107", rear suspension, clutch, tuner, R/T 2 into 1 and some new front lights. Everything I have heard about FM has been 99.9% positive. I sure can't wait till my ride home back to Ohio from Little chute !!!!
Between Jamie and Bob the help they have given me and time spent on me via phone and e-mail has been above and beyond

Once again, FuelMoto exceeds expectations....
I thought the exact same thing when I went to install my ceramic coated headers from them.
No doubt FM is a Great company. I've been doing business with them for close to 10 years, and DK Custom Product has been partnering with them for a couple of years now on the Power Vision.
