The cable and wire kit cost more than the bars themselves, but is all top-notch parts. No skimping. I want to do it right the first time, instead of paying to do it right later.
To me it's like the old saying, "There's never enough time to do it right the first time, but there's always time to redo it."
I just hope my purchase decision proves in the future to have been the right one.

If you can bear with me...
Can you explain why you purchased a clutch gasket? I'm not familiar with that, and don't think I've heard anyone else mention that they added that when installing apes. Thanks.

Its something like a $10-13 item. HD recommends replacing, not re-using, but many re-use.

Ok, thank you. For anyone with Wild 1 chubby bars, how do you like the wrist angle? I've heard the angle is a bit sharp, and some find it uncomfortable.
Anyone have Burly apes on their bagger? What do you think of them?
Thanks everyone.

When you change your clutch cable, you need to open up the clutch and you will lose fluid. I've done it with a full fluid change AND without (by propping the jiffy stand up more vertical on a 2x4) and just replacing the fluid I've lost. I've replaced the gasket both times just to be on the safe side. Why give a Harley another reason to leak, right?!? LOL!

I had them on my Road King and prior to that on my Heritage - frikkin awesome. Decided to try 12.5s on my Road Glide, and they are fine but I shoulda stuck with 14s. Here's how your bike will look, w0oT!

Looks sick, thanks man. Gonna go ahead and order the 14" Wild 1 bars and cable kit from HDBikeParts. Also getting the poly bushings and clutch gasket. Thanks everyone for your input!
