For me the paint was horrible, came off on polishing rag, no aftermarket accessories, non adjustable shifter lever, too wide, no removable factory tour pak, no cruise or ABS and marginal radio. The bike is a cross country rocket, far smoother and faster than HD, but most important is that the bike has zero character and is too refined. If you want a bike, like a Honda Accord, buy it. Dealers still have new 2013s still is stock...
For me the bike is as important as the ride or destination. Must not be for everyone, Goldwings still have a huge following.

Cool thanks for the update. I must admit I have thought it might be a nice bike. I always thought they had potential. But after hearing this about the plastic and the paint and the cruise, I've come back to my senses. ;-)

Similar could be said for the Crapasaki 1700 bagger.
Ya know FJOH, after you have cheated and lived with the new girl for so long, you are legally married, now take your HD back and go get another Honda, . Enjoy it brother, I guess you can come back.
