I looked up the RZ42000 and another on showed up along with that one. The CA41600D 200w @ 2ohm and its mini for motorcycles. Little better price for the complete budget. You think its worth a try?
I'm unfamiliar with that particular amp, but knowing that Power Acoustic over rates their amps, my guess is that it wouldn't be heard at speed. Who knows? You could be the first to try it. Don't be afraid of the physical size of the bigger amps, they will fit. Here's an installed pic of the 2000D.

I found an amp just waiting to order it will try and break put the go pro to make a video to show the difference in nee and old. To help for people in future endeavors.
Next subject is the kappa 62.11i is not a marine grade speaker is it? Will it handle the moisture I tend to get stuck in rain when riding (cause I don't care about clouds or the rain, don't mind them one bit)
That fosgate package is not worth it. That amp only pumps out about 40-50w per channel.
Look nothing is going to be "plug and play". Any amp that is worth a damn will require you to run power and ground back to the battery. If you can do that, you can install anything you want.
Not sure why someone thinks the pre-14 fairing is any worse than the rushmore pods? Those things are even worse for bass. But yes, you're not going to get tons of bass from any 6.5 at volume since after all a 6.5 is mid range driver.
How many speakers are you trying to upgrade? Just fairing. If you're trying to do anymore than that you'll need more than 300.00 for it to be worth it. The one major thing to consider is that the majority of the amps that we can use on our bikes are class D amps, and those amps will cause some, none, or all loss of FM reception. It's really a roll of the dice. The only amps known not to cause any loss is the Fosgate PBR300 and the Biketronics amps. The first one isn't that great. The second one is great but cost well more than your budget.
So if you are ok with rolling the dice and just upgrading your fairing speakers, I'd get the Cerwin B2 Amp - 115., the Infinity Kappa's 115.00, adaptors 25.00, amp wiring kit, 15.00, roll of poly fill 10.00 and you'll notice a HUGE difference. Much better than any plug and play system.
Ok on the kappas I ordered the 62.11i paid 100 for the the set brand new (shipped) are these water proof if not how do I protect them from getting damaged by moisture?
Ok so went with a pyle 2000watt 4 channel, 6.5 adapters, and kappa 62.11i speakers. Sounds great need to turn the boost off because cant crank it up to half way before its tooooo loud. But in all it sounds great.
I hope it's not Class A/B one. Folks here gave you great advice on various amps that are tried and true and will work on your bike. Class A/B amps are not user friendly with HD charging systems.
Ok so yeah not sure wtf happened amp started cutting out then today. I would be riding down the road it would cut out then it completely stopped. Checked all the connect they were good pulled the fuse then put it back in and it started working again. Turned off the bike stopped working again. Pulled the ground and reattached (it was connected to the battery) to a ground on the frame started working again turn ignition off amp wouldnt come back on. So disconnected the ground and the next thing I know it working but the ground wire isnt hooked up mpved the amp around and its arking of the housing of the amp. Remote turn on wire was connected to the cigarette lighter. Think the amps bad? Sound like it is?
Ok so the company is gonna replace the pyle amp with a rockford fosgate PBR300x2 should be here by Saturday. Alright so mounting the amp easy enough to make a bracket? Also its not water proof how do you keep it dry?
