ROTFLMAO! Also to the above poster, do not assume what is common sense to you needs to be too others, I also was surprised at the question, but just reassure him that it's going to be fine! Except for the fast his tourer may turn into a Vespa......

As others state...rain shouldn't be an issue. If you ever take-off the fairing, there's a foam/rubber gasket to keep water out. Just need to make sure you don't damage shoving new shield down between inner-dash & outer shell (ask me how I know). Enjoy!

......yeah, what everybody else said. i don't wash it as much as i used to so getting wet is like taking it to the wash rack. get yourself a GOOD rain suit and embrace the weather...rain or shine.

Thanks for all the replies. I did install a new windshield and that's when I noticed a nice gap. I might need to take the outer shell off and check to make sure I didn't shove that down. I would hate to end up with a Vespa. Lol

it'll be fine. everything in the fairing is designed to get a little damp now and then
