Default Missouri helmet law?
Does missouri have a helmet law. I can not seem to find a straight answer because i see where they were goin to repeal it but then i see that they did not. Thank you

Ya i just spoke with a cop i should have done more research i thought i saw they repealed it but i guess that was premature haha oh well i made it to eureka i guess i need to find a walmart...bonehead move on my part

Yes we still have one, the legislature passes it but the governor vetoes it.

The HOG members Touring Handbook has a listing of state and providence motorcycle laws. Also maps and other cool stuff. Just saying

missouri has been fighting this for years, legislature keeps passing and the governor keeps vetoing it. i thought they were suppose to do what the people wanted. *** backwards

This coming from a state that doesn't feel we need to wear eye protection. Their opinion on safety is voided.

If your traveling, you might want to check out the helmet laws in other states you visit before its too late.
