I've been trying to get my dealer to talk to the Naviextras website administrators to reset my account so I can successfully download updates for a few months now.
Today I finally got a call from a representative of HD Australia who said they were going to try this.
It's been a long wait - but I'll be happy if they fix the problem - to date I have not been able to load new GPS maps - I keep getting the "Navsync Nonavcontent" error.
Hopefully I'll be able to fix this soon.
I paid for the GPS maps, however the Naviextras update by itself is free. You don't automatically get a Naviextras account because you bought the bike - you have to register.
