Default Fullsac Customer Service

I had a post earlier about Fullsac sending me the wrong header pipe. They sent the part for a 2007 bike (it has aopening for the O2 sensor). I really want my bike running this Sunday. I decided to plug the hole with a bolt and a washer. After going to3 Hardware stores and calling 2 HDdealers and still not finding the bolt, I decided to return the pipe. I called Fullsac today Wednesday @ 5:00 (too late to mail anything). He is going to send the pipe tomorrow and do a Saturday delivery and trust that I will return the incorrect part back to him, which I will definetly do tomorrow. To me this is A+ customer satisfaction. If you are thinking of buying a fullsac true dual set up, I can vouch for their customer service.

Good for you, and good to know. Glad you were made to send it back. Better to have the right pipe and just not plug it. Although I am sure that would have worked, but this will be better. post us some pics. I am really wanting to see the black rear pipe verse the silver one.

I bought there TD headpipe several thousand miles ago and no problems. From what I have read about them on these forumsI would say thats how they operate with A+ customer service. You will like the sound and less heat.

I had the SERT/SEAC done before I took my Street Glide home. I had notrans or heat issues.I have a friend who just purchased a 07 Softail Deluxe. The only thing she had done was new V&H longshots, it runs really hot so I told her to get a fuel manager and a better air cleaner. You would think thesalesman would have convinced her to do this but who am I kidding. Other than that07's are good to go.
