So picking up a new SGS later this week after passing on the Slim S. Gonna order pipes, cleaner and tuner from Fuel Moto. I've always run a TTS in the past,
But thinking I'm gonna pass on this time on the expense of the tuner and Dyno run. Unless of course everyone here says it's a giant mistake.
So looking at the V&H FP3 or the Power Vision. What do you think? Thanks in advance.
If you're only going to add typical mods such as pipes, AC, cams, then the FP3 all the way. If you're going to do more than that the consider PV2. Also, if you want a more custom Dyno tune, a Dyno tune shop will be more familiar with the PV2.
I've always gone down the FP3 route (twice now) and haven't been disappointed. V&H has great customer service and the app is very user friendly, but at the same time can be extremely complicated if your so mechanically inclined to FINE tune everything to your exact measurements.

Anything more than a stage 1 and an FP3 won't work. It won't support a cam upgrade. If a stage 1 is all you are doing then they work really well. If you want to do more upgrades in the future then the PV or PC would be a better choice.

FP3 now supports cam upgrades with the latest firmware.
If you ever think that you need that dyno piece of paper go with the PV2. It can do more than the FP3 and costs more.
If you have a smart phone/device and would feel comfortable with something that will cool the bike down and give you better performance while saving a few bucks then go with the FP3.
If you don't know call Jamie at FuelMoto and he will guide you to the best choice for what you need.
If ya are a tech/phone geek and will never get a dyno tune I guess the fp3 will be good enough. Powervision is more versatile with more options and connectability.
